Fintech South 2024 Celebrates Why “Fintech Lives Here”
The annual Fintech South conference is Tuesday and Wednesday, August 27-28.
Georgia is the home of fintech. More than 70% of all debit, credit and reward card payments are processed in Georgia’s ‘Transaction Alley.’ There is no better place than Atlanta to harness the power of innovation to shape a better financial future.
This is why the Technology Association of Georgia hosts the annual Fintech South conference taking place on Aug. 27-28, Tuesday and Wednesday, at the Woodruff Arts Center. Presented by BlinkSky, Fintech South is more than just a conference – it’s a celebration of financial innovation and proves why Atlanta is a global hub for the fintech ecosystem.
Atlanta Symphony Hall will serve as the main stage for this year’s Fintech South, with more than 1,000 attendees and 125 speakers over two days embracing the conference theme: Fintech Lives Here!
“We’re thrilled to continue the celebration of TAG’s 25th anniversary with the South’s largest event for financial innovation,” said TAG’s President & CEO, Larry K. Williams. “This is fintech’s moment and an event that’s not to be missed. If you are interested or investing in financial innovation, you need to be at Fintech South.”
Since the first Fintech South more than a decade ago, the conference has evolved from a regional symposium curated by the TAG Fintech Society into a global event for financial leaders and community innovators. Fintech South 2024’s featured speakers include C-level representation from some of the largest fintech companies globally such as Jeanne DeWitt Grosser, Chief Business Officer of Stripe; John Kim, EVP and Chief Product Officer of PayPal; and Jennifer Tescher, Founder, President & CEO of Financial Health Network.
Celebrating the theme of this year’s Fintech South, ‘Fintech Lives Here!’, BlinkSky’s CEO and founder Mark Chambers will take the main stage of Atlanta Symphony Hall. “We are thrilled to be the Presenting Sponsor of Fintech South 2024 – an event that truly embodies the spirit of innovation and collaboration in the fintech industry,” Chambers said. “Atlanta has established itself as a global center for fintech and payments innovation, and we are excited to showcase BlinkSky’s cutting-edge digital card platform to industry leaders and innovators from around the country.”
Fintech South 2024 is made possible thanks to partnerships from BlinkSky, Deluxe, Prime Revenue, Synovus, Truist, Verizon, and innovative companies from across the fintech ecosystem. For information on sponsorships, speaking, and tickets, visit FintechSouth.com or email sponsorship@tagonline.org.
