Liberty Auto: Auto parts manufacturer Seohan Auto Georgia is investing more than $72 million into a facility in Liberty County, creating 180 new jobs. The new facility, which will begin production in late 2024, will make H/shafts, axles and brake systems for car manufacturers including the nearby Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America.

Winterville Manufacturing: Bioprocessing company Meissner Corp. is investing $250 million in a new facility in Athens-Clarke County that will create more than 1,700 jobs over the next eight years. The California-based company makes advanced microfiltration and therapeutic manufacturing systems for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Operations will begin in early 2026.

Gwinnett Growth: Aluvision is tripling its production area and adding three more manufacturing lines at its facility in Gwinnett County. The Belgian company, which makes modular systems for exhibitions and trade show displays, will invest $1 million in the expansion and hire 30 new employees.

Hall Warehouse: Czech-owned Atlanta Cylinders Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its new distribution facility in Flowery Branch. The company imports steel cylinders used to hold and transport technical gases, hydrogen and compressed natural gas.

Midway Design: Creative Home Ideas is opening a $15 million home-decor distribution and light manufacturing facility in Liberty County, creating 70 new jobs. Operations for the facility will begin in 2024.

Cobb Boats: Yamaha U.S. Marine Business Unit recently celebrated the grand opening of its new 75,280-square-foot Marine Innovation Center in Kennesaw. The company markets and sells marine outboard motors, fiberglass, jet-drive sports boats and personal watercraft.

Aircraft Expansion: Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. is expanding in Savannah with a $150 million investment. The aircraft manufacturer will construct a new customer service center, expand its manufacturing facility and add 1,600 jobs as it ramps up production and grows its maintenance operations to meet demand.
