Pooler Expansion: Industrial ball bearings manufacturer and supplier Preciball USA opened its new North American distribution center in Pooler. The company first moved to the area in 2010.


Peanuts in Bibb: New Jersey-based nuts, dried fruits and trail mix company Star Snacks Co. is building a 200,000-square-foot peanut roasting and packaging facility in Bibb County. The $18-million investment will create 115 jobs.


Taking Flight: Thrush Aircraft is adding 100 jobs to its Albany headquarters, thanks to growth in the agriculture equipment industry and the addition of two new product lines. The company specializes in aerial application aircraft.


More Data: San Francisco-based data center operator Digital Realty Trust Inc. is expanding with a $22-million investment into a 50,000-square-foot facility in Atlanta, one of the fastest-growing markets in the country for locating data centers.


Looking Good: YKK AP America, a window subsidiary of YKK Corp. of America, is undergoing a $10-million expansion in Macon, adding 150 new jobs.


Relocation: Industrial equipment maker Chart Industries is moving its headquarters from Ohio to its existing Canton location, the company’s largest operation in the U.S., by the end of 2017.


Dunwoody Move: Atlanta-based software company MemberSuite is moving into a 17,000-square-foot office in Dunwoody, doubling its workforce to 100 employees.


Floyd County Flooring: Balta Home USA is consolidating its U.S. floor covering operations into a new distribution center in Shannon. The 300,000-square-foot facility will employ up to 75 people.
