Gwinnett’s Movers and Makers recognized

Partnership Gwinnett in collaboration with Gwinnett Technical College honored six companies at the 6th Annual Movers & Makers Awards Ceremony. The awards, presented by Jackson EMC, are the county’s annual recognition of outstanding Gwinnett-based companies that manufacture, process and distribute products. More than 300 of the county’s leaders and industry experts attended the recent ceremony, which was the largest event of its kind in the state. Winners were:

  • Small Manufacturer of the Year (1-99 employees): KRAIBURG TPE, manufacturer of thermoplastic elastomer compounds for North and South American markets
  • Medium Manufacturer of the Year (100-199 employees): Rehrig Pacific Company, manufacturer of plastic pellets, crates and rigid packaging
  • Large Manufacturer of the Year (200+ employees): OFS, designer and manufacturer of optical communications solutions
  • Supply Chain Pioneer of the Year: PAI Industries, supplier of service parts for Mack Trucks
  • Corporate Citizen: NIDEC ELESYS AMERICAS, developer of auto safety systems
  • Most Valuable Provider to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Industries: Burgess Manufacturing, custom designer of industrial injection molded products
