Augusta Expansion: OXERRA is expanding in Augusta. The global manufacturer of iron oxide pigment recently broke ground on a 120,000-square-foot regional distribution center, which will incorporate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient lighting with an eye toward LEED certification. The project is expected to be completed in January 2026.
