Nominate Lawyers for Legal Elite
Each December, Georgia Trend highlights the state’s most effective lawyers. Your chance to nominate someone for this honor ends July 11, 2025. The lawyer must live in Georgia, and be a member of the State Bar of Georgia. You may nominate members of your own firm, but not yourself.
Who are we looking for?
These are a couple of our 2024 Legal Elite, for inspiration:
Kamala Sessoms, of Sessoms Law Group, LLC, was honored in the Legal Elite 2024 issue. She specializes in immigration and visa matters, personal injury, and criminal law. She is passionate about community and political issues and is a leader in her field of expertise.
Likewise, Stephen Steele of Moore Ingram Johnson and Steele, prosecuted criminal cases before transitioning his practice to focus on family law. In addition to practicing law, Steele has served in leadership roles of a variety of family law-specific boards and committees. In 2018, he was awarded the Joseph T. Tuggle Award for Professionalism by the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Steel was also part of the Legal Elite 2024 issue.
