Meredith Leapley, a 2007 Georgia Trend 40 Under 40 honoree, is celebrating 26 years as founder and CEO of Leapley Construction Group. A Maryland native, Leapley founded her company in 1999 to be a premier commercial interior general contractor.

Meredith has been a member of CREW (Corporate Real Estate Women), The Committee of 200, and Leapley Construction Group is the #1 Largest Woman Owned Interior Construction Firm. She has spent time volunteering with and serving on boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, The Atlanta Women’s Foundation, and Georgia State University.

The values of “learning, empathy, agility, persistence, and integrity (LEAP IN)” cross all industries and have proven to be the foundation Leapley builds on, and in 2020, Leap In and Build was born, creating a business accelerator curriculum that helps participants “gain knowledge and best practices required to be considered for larger contracts, win work, and consistently deliver.”

Meredith Leapley continues to carry on the strong legacy of delivering meaningful impacts to the community while running a very successful business.
