Atlanta Seniors Can Choose Primary Care in Their Homes or in a Center

Patients in Atlanta can choose to receive primary care in their home or in one of seven senior primary care centers in Metro Atlanta. CenterWell Senior Primary Care Grove Park recently celebrated a grand opening Aug. 2, 2023. Interested patients can visit any of the centers in and around Atlanta to help decide if in-home or in-center care is best for them.

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is now offering seniors in Atlanta access to quality, personalized primary care in their homes through its new CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere program.

CenterWell’s new in-home primary care gives patients the choice to receive the care they need at home. CenterWell Primary Care Anywhere is available for patients in Atlanta, as well as Savannah and Columbus. A team of board-certified clinicians ensure patients will receive routine primary care services they’d normally get in a doctor’s office, such as blood draws, vaccinations and prescription management – all from the comfort, convenience and safety of their homes. Patients pay the same amount for their co-pay whether they choose care in their homes or in a primary care center.
