Bartow Tires: Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing Inc. is investing $138 million in Cartersville on a two-phase expansion that will add a 254,000-square-foot facility and create more than 150 jobs.

Hall Relocation: Fox Factory Holding Corp., a manufacturer of products for bicycles and powered vehicles, is investing $50 million to relocate its corporate headquarters from California to its existing Georgia offices and open a new 23-acre site in Hall County, creating up to 800 jobs.

LaGrange HQ: Automotive supplier SEWON America is investing $160 million to expand its North American headquarters and manufacturing plant in LaGrange, creating 100 jobs.

Dalton Data: Core Scientific is investing $42 million into a data center in Whitfield County, adding 60 jobs.

Atlanta Hub: Asset management firm and technology solutions provider BlackRock is opening an Innovation Hub in Fulton County, creating 1,000 jobs over the next few years.

Swainsboro Windows: Wincore Window Co. is investing $6.5 million into a new 75,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Swainsboro, adding 150 jobs.

Aerospace Expansion: Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems is creating 150 jobs in Macon-Bibb County as part of a $1-million expansion at the Middle Georgia Regional Airport.

Targeting Whitfield Co.: Reagent Chemical and Research Inc., which makes clay shooting targets, is investing $11 million into a Whitfield County facility that will create 38 jobs.

Adventure Time: Urban Air Adventure Park, which features adventure-style attractions, will open in Newnan, adding 80 jobs.
