More International Trade: Georgia has set a new international trade record, bringing in $128.6 billion last year, representing trade with 225 different countries and territories. The value of exports reached $37.2 billion last year, while imports hit $91.4 billion.

Duluth Development: Gwinnett County’s Infinite Energy Center is getting a new nearly $1 billion mixed-use development. Revel will feature 215,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 600,000 square feet of office space and 700 residential units along with a movie theater, food hall and a 300-room Marriott. Groundbreaking is planned for spring 2019.

Coweta Manufacturing: Swiss beverage-industry supplier Corvaglia Group is opening a $25-million factory in Newnan. The company supplies caps for 20 percent of the world’s PET bottles.

Houston Co. Jobs: Robins Air Force Base is adding 400 jobs thanks to an overhaul maintenance contract for the C-130s flown by the Navy and Marine Corps, beginning this June.

Like This: Facebook is investing $750 million and creating 100 jobs in a new Stanton Springs data center over five years that will be powered by 100 percent clean and renewable energy.

Fiber Optics: Japanese subsidiary OFS Fitel, which makes fiber-optic cable, is expanding in both Gwinnett and Carroll counties. The combined $138.9-million investment will create 200 jobs in Norcross and Carrollton.

Intown Logistics: San Francisco-based logistics technology company Flexport Inc. is opening a 50,000-square-foot sales and operations hub in Midtown Atlanta that will employ 330.

Rincon Flooring: Luxury vinyl flooring manufacturer and distributor Halstead International is opening a 150,000-square-foot facility in Effingham County. It’s the company’s second location in Rincon and the third in Georgia.
