Amendment 1: Opportunity School District

Early voting has begun in Georgia, including on Amendment 1, the Opportunity School District proposal backed by Gov. Nathan Deal. Amendment 1 ballot language reads: “Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended to allow the state to intervene in chronically failing public schools in order to improve student performance?”
