Georgia Trend has partnered with Best Companies Group to launch registration for the Best Place to Work in Georgia, coming in a 2025 issue. This program is for Georgia companies with at least 15 full-time or part-time employees. Click here to read all eligibility requirements.

Details about registration

The registration window will be open until October 1, 2024. After registration closes, Best Companies Group will send registered companies their surveys.

August 1 – August 16: Employer Questionnaire. Sent to a primary contact to collect data from the employer.

August 17 – September 10: Employees are sent the employee survey to anonymously give their feedback about their employer.

Both portions of the assessment must be completed to be considered.

  • The employee survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and consists of:
    • 77 questions that employees respond with one of six options ranging from “Strongly Disagree” –  “Strongly Agree”
    • 2 open-ended questions
    • 7 demographic questions

BCG will use the data to rank each participating organization and compile your BCG Insights Report package, which is available for purchase. That report will include responses from your employee surveys as well as benchmarking reports, allowing you to compare your organization to the current list-makers. Note: Purchasing the Insights Report package is not required for inclusion on Georgia Trend’s Best Places to Work list. The Insights Report package is available for purchase through Best Companies Group.
